Dutch Flat Lake #1
Medium Hike. 12.22 km round trip. This map assumes a drive to the end of NFD Rd 7300-185(starts at Anthony goes to the top of the Ridge). This road is AWD or 4x4, it is a poor road. This hike offers amazing views both to the East and West of the Elkhorn Mountains. If you can't drive the road see Dutch Flat Lake #2 or #3. See Anthony Lakes for driving directions.
Dutch Flat Lake #2
Medium hike. 17.76 km round trip. Long trail but only a few steep spots. Excellent views. Brook Trout. Fee required parking. Follow directions to Anthony Lake.
Dutch Flat Lake #3
Medium hike. 14.46 km round trip. Trail passes by Black Lake and has Scenic views of other lakes. Parking fee required. Follow directions to Anthony Lakes.
Dutch Flat Lake #4
long). 23.4 km round trip. From Anthony Lake Hwy (NFD Rd. 73) turn left onto NFD Rd. 7307. There is a sign for Dutch Flat. There are a lot of logging roads but most have been bulldozed with mounds, use a GPS or stay mostly to the left as you work your way to the trailhead. No fee required.
Dutch Flat Creek Picnic Spot
Easy hike. 3.1 km round trip. This is a short hike from the lower Dutch Flat Trailhead to a pretty picnic spot on Dutch Flat Creek. The picnic spot is on the left when the trail nears the creek. Easy water access and a fire ring. Follow Lake #4 driving directions.
