Each week we will feature a Baker City Business. Check back weekly for a new post.
Baker County's resource for all things outdoor recreation, centered around providing friendly expert level service and information, with a focus on youth and encouraging healthy lifestyles for our locals and visitors.
While not dedicated to hiking we frequent this business for skiing and cycling. The also have beer on tap and a small bar. Cozy friendly place.
This small local theatre produces 8 to 9 plays annually. Their mission is to entertain, educate and stimulate the community by providing excellent live theatre in Baker County and surrounding areas, to provide a forum for community members to contribute their theatre related talents and skills toward these goals, and to provide a permanent Performing Arts Center. This week they are performing Pirates of Penzance, a Gilbert and Sullivan musical. Prices are kept low to encourage people to experience theatre. Come check out a show. easternoregonregionaltheatre.com

Where does our youngest guide take her Grandmother on Fridays? Sweet Wife Baking. Kate's favorite is Avocado Toast. Grandma's is a waffle. Great food and atmosphere. Use the Web link and then link to their Facebook page for specials!
This is a great place to see a show after hiking for the day. Check our events calendar to see if they have a show. They serve dinner and drinks for every show. As well, they take part in 1st Friday Art Walk and they are a hostel.
